Sometimes we need to disconnect from our usual schedule to do some extra activity like attending a doctor's appointment, picking someone up from the airport, or attending a child's soccer game.

For those special occasions, we don't want to change our whole availability and the hassle that comes with it. That's why we have developed the Time off event, with which you can arrange your calendar in the way that suits you best.

Bosses can now select specific hours of the day that they will be unavailable on a one-off basis so you don't get any bookings you won't be able to attend.

It's super easy but here's a guide 😎

1. From your top navigation bar, select Calendar.

In this screen, you'll find the New Time Off Event button that you should click

3. Now you'll see a small pop-up screen appear where you'll be able to set your specific time off.

That's it! You won't be able to get booked during that time. One less thing to worry about!
