How can I cancel my account?

Canceling your subscription means downgrading your license to the free plan at the end of your current license period.
If you're on a Freelance Plan and are certain you wish to cancel your account, please follow the steps below.
For those on the Company Plan, please contact our support team through the Intercom chat widget to request cancellation—further details are provided later in this article.
How to cancel if you're on a Freelance plan ✍️
- From the top navigation bar, click on your profile photo and select Subscription.
- Select the Free Boss plan from the drop-down menu and click on Change Plan.
As soon as your current plan’s billing cycle is over, you will no longer be charged.
Cancelling as a Company plan user👇
- From your dashboard, click on the support chatbot floating button located in the bottom corner.
- Send a message to our team requesting the cancellation of your account.
- Wait for our team to respond shortly after your request to confirm the process.
Deleting your booking page ❌
If you need to completely delete your booking page account, reach out to us through our chat, you can find us in the yellow icon at the buttom of any page of your Admin Panel.
Or, if you are in the witness protection program and need to totally delete your site, then please send us an email to witnessprotection@booklikeaboss.com and we will remove your account from our system.
